happy b-day america! we had a cookout and swim at yaya's. tomas is sooo wild and strong he would climb out of the pool all by himself.
tomas, yaya, wama and mama made a quick trip down i-35 to be with the family for cousin gerardito's services in eagle pass. we did 1000 miles in less than 48 hours but are grateful to be able to have been with the family through this. we love you all tio, tia, bettina and of course gerardito!
this was after t's nap right before we left papa at home to care for jet & babygirl
arriving at our overnight stop in san antonio. we headed to eagle pass the next day and were in austin by night, to return to dfw after a good nights rest and breakfast
17 months on 7/23 and got his first taste of oreos. mama bought some since it is the 100 year anniversary, how could we resist-mr.t found them in the pantry, so he could not resist either
at the end of the month we took a trip to el paso to visit with family and see friends. this was tom-tom's first flight and he did super going but had a difficult time on the way back, so it will be some time before we try another flight
he found the stash of our target popcorn before bed-yummy. it took mr.t no time at all to get our hotel room looking like we'd been there a month
papa brought home the golf champion shirt, sure nino & pappy want a rematch soon
and what a peaceful walk the family had at mt.cristo rey. we made the trip to honor mariaelena's request. mama forgot the sling so we took turns carrying tomas all the way up and during his nap down
